ICONIC JAYMAN Nigeria Ltd also known as ICONIC INSTITUTE is an indigenous organization which houses houses: ICONIC CATERING INSTITUTE, a Catering and Hospitality Management Training and capacity building institute. We commenced operations in 2010 at Woji Estate, Rivers State with just twenty-five (25) trainees and three (3) employees, but over time , grown to have trained almost two thousand (2000) trainees and counting.

Iconic Jayman Catering Institute is registered with the Rivers Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and Accredited by the National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB) as well as the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment (FML&E). Our Head Quarters is located in Rivers State, Port-Harcourt.

A brief profile of MRS. Esther Dagogo Jumbo

Mrs Esther Dagogo Jumbo is the Managing Director (MD/Rector) of Iconic Jayman Catering Institute. Born and bred in Lagos, Nigeria. Esther is a seasoned multi-skilled leader with over 15 years of experience is Catering and Hospitality Management sector amongst others, both locally and internationally. She holds a bachelor’s degree in  business administration from the National Open University of Nigeria, professional diploma in Catering and Hospitality Management from the prestigious Dof Institute. She is certified in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Award in Food Safety & Hygiene, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) all from the prestigious British International Safety Organization, UK. Amongst Esther’s notable achievements are to have so far trained and coached over 2000 trainees both individually and under the Rivers State Government skills Acquisition, European Union and World Bank sponsored SEEFOR project. Many of these trainees are now professional chefs managing  some of the most reputable hotels and establishments both within and outside Nigeria.
